That's a pretty interesting site if you mess around on it. I looked it up on Lostpedia and it shows pretty much everything about the site on it.

Ah, I can finally look at this thread. I just finished Season 4 on DVD and am as addicted as ever, this is pretty much the only show I even watch on TV.
I need to get my rabbit ears adjusted correctly so I can pick up ABC better than I am now... gonna have to get one of those converter boxes soon too. I can't miss my LOST!

I'm right there with you! I was lazy, and didn't apply for a coupon until yesterday, and now they're gone (for the time being anyway).

OH NO!!!!!!! After reading this, I went and checked and sure enough, the coupon program has ended. Now we'll have to pay full price. Guess that's what we get for being slackers....

There's still a chance! People haven't been redeeming their coupons before they expire, so I guess its a waiting list now. Who knows when one would actually be available though.

I wouldn't hold out hope that you'll get one before the transition. Obama was talking about pushing back the date so more people can get their boxes, but there's a whole lot of problems with doing that. I'd just get a box in the next couple weeks if you don't hear of any changes and hope that you'll be able to be reimbursed in some way. Otherwise you will have no TV and no Lost
Its finally back tonight! It seems like its been forever since last year but its finally here. Last season was the best season yet, now that the show has an end date we dont have to worry about the writers stretching things out like they did in the earlier season and we can finally start to get some answers! Im expecting this to be a great season and im sure I wont be disappointed.

Indeed! One of my co-workers and I have been e-mailing a countdown back and forth all day. I can't think about it or I won't get any work done. This is better than Christmas for me!

So apparently there is a crazy twist within the first hour according to all the advance reviews. The review I read compared it to the Season 3 ending. Can't even imagine what it could be.

I've heard this, too. I've also heard that this is the second best "Twist" premiere, right behind season 2 (with Desmond in the hatch). I'm sooo anxious and excited! The first episode picks up where the finale left off, and the second episode is Hurley-centric.
Totally, esp. with Mrs. Hawking at the end!! As soon as I saw the cloaked figure, I knew it was her for some reason. I wonder where the monk guy knows her from? Does he work for Ben too? Or maybe no one works for Ben, he works for them?

Who's Mrs. Hawking? Where was she mentioned or shown before? At first I was thinking it was Faraday's mom, but I have no idea.
The coolest thing about these 2 episodes, I thought, was how they tied in Desmond and his time travel episodes and what happened to him once he left the island and how the same thing is gonna happen to the island survivors. This season is gonna kick so much ass it's not even funny.

She has been on the show before, in the episode (season 3, I think maybe) when Desmond traveled back in time after the hatch exploded. "Flashes before your eyes" I think the episode was called. She was the woman in the ring shop, when he was going to buy the engagement ring for Penny, she wouldn't let him. Then she talked to him about destiny and the man with the red shoes died.
You might also remember that she was in a photo with the monk at the same monestary Demond was at. The photo was on the monk's desk when he was firing Demond, there's a brief flash of it.
It's interesting how both of those characters are tied to Desmond.... and Desmond is "tied" to Farrady from his past. I believe the woman is Farraday's mother. Maybe the monk is his father??
