Actually, I don't know how everyone else feels, but I might be in favor of moving the start date up. It feels very far away right now, but maybe that's just me.
i agree about it seeming far away, but i can see where all the students are coming from with the end of the semester nearing. if i was in their situation id feel the same as them.

Thank you. I was feeling the same way. Let's move it up to Saturday, the 25th. Is this ok with everyone?
Obviously Pink Floyd isn't going to come back from the dead, but is it off limits to have Gilmour and Waters unite to headline a festie in this contest?
That's ok with me.
Alright, I think we have 32, people. Could someone do a double check for me?

Alright so 2 new rule amendments since I've been talking to some people.
1) you may now have 5 reunions at your festival. 2) This: An Evening (or Afternoon) with the Daily Show featuring John Oliver, Rob Riggle & Rory Albanese is one show. I would count similar things as one artist, not three.
Is anyone actually using all five reunions? I've got a couple small reunions in there, but anything more just seems like too much.
Eh. I'll probably have four or five, and I know someone else who has to actually bring it down to five (why I brought it up to five, I didn't want to give them a raw deal)
Also, we need one more person to start. That'll bring us to 34, an even number.

I'm trying for the best realistic festival so, as of now, I only have one reunion and it is actually happening anyway. I may add another one or two but it will have to pass my possibility muster.
My headliners are set and I am very happy with them.
Here's a little clue for one of my bigger mid-card acts: "We all have opinions and mine is that we dont need trampoline acts on the ball court."

so, is anybody else worried bc they don't have photoshop on their comp or don't know how to use it? i'm pumped with my lineup, but my poster is extremely basic. also, how do i get the poster onto the boards since i made the lineup poster in a word doc?

I did my poster and lineup with Pages (the iWork equivalent of Word), and I'm happy with my poster. It doesn't have to look that great (some of top festivals' posters could easily be done with basic software), and I'm content with mine.
As for getting it onto the boards, I would take a screenshot (print screen on a lot of computers), crop it and upload it. A really good website for this is www.imgur.com, which allows you to easily upload images, and allows you some basic editing (crop, most importantly). If you need any help, just ask.
