Not many headliners since many woman pop stars appeal to the teeny boppers or the high schoolers which would be the Miley Cyrus and Britney Spears type. Soooo, that being said, I see two that can headline: Madonna and Bjork. Two which would be great headlining late night: Lady Gaga and Beyonce. People like Sheryl Crow would be great during main stage day time or tent closers.
Not that I want them to, because I don't, but I think Fleetwood Mac is the only one that could possible headline.
I think Fleetwood Mac would be an awesome get...but I'd only support it if they were on the second line of the lineup...they would be a tremendous preheadliner.
I am not a fan but if they were there they would surely headline.

I'm not sure if this has been said yet and I'm terrified of being burned at the stake for it...
Nicki Minaj?
I've heard her album is only so so, but all the stuff I've heard on other people's tracks has been fierce as hell. Granted you can't really make a show out of portions of songs but...
...I think I just want to set my beer down on her rear end. Me-ow.
Bjork, Heart, Lauryn Hill, Lady Gaga, and non headliners Charlotte Gainsbourg, Cat Power, Sam Phillips, The Breeders, M.I.A., Madeline, Jenny Lewis, Santogold, Hopalong Queen Ansleis Mirah, Laura Stevenson and the Cans
Not that she would headline but my GF has turned me onto Katie Melua, she is actually pretty big in Europe, I saw her in Nashville in a small bar, she does have great pipes I will say.
i saw her at rock the bells over the summer and it was sick! shes on tour right now. I think she is a strong possibility at this point. She has added more tour dates and certainly has some momentum building with her Rock the Bells shows last year. Lots of people want to see her, me included.
