Hey guys. Couldn't go this year for the first time in 5 years, but I still want to know who everyone liked the best. List your top 5 favorite sets of the weekend...go!
1. Del McCoury Band with the Preservation Hall Jazz Band 2. Alison Krauss & Union Station 3. Mavis Staples 4. Primus 5. (tie) Warren Haynes and Bootsy, who only got 30 min of webcast each

all these were good. i didn't include any that only got 30 min. eits was also amazing. the way they did the webcast was kind of crappy though. so much that they didn't show and showing the partial sets sucked. coachella does it a lot better.

Yes, that was annoying. Also, it cut out a lot. Vevo really sucks compared to iclips in terms of video quality, sound quality and robustness of stream. During Big Boi, which sounds like was awesome and I was really looking forward to, it cut out every five seconds, so I couldn't watch it. I guess I shouldn't complain about a free stream, though.
On another note, it was really hard to sit at home watching the stream this year, after five straight roos. My wife and I were both feeling very nostalgic, and even teared up a few times. Hot and crowded though it may be, I think we might be back next year.
1. Arcade Fire blew my brains out. I'm still trying to hash out in my head if it was the best show I've ever seen in my life. 2. MMJ 3. Black Keys 4. Iron and Wine 5. Black Joe Lewis and the Honeybears

I slit the sheet. The sheet I slit and on the slitted sheet I sit.

1. String Cheese Incident - craziest show I've ever been apart of (Giant balloons, flying birdman with a torch, guy with mullet playin sax, and a T-REX) 2. My Morning Jacket - First time I've seen a full set from them at Bonnaroo. Now I know what everyone is talkin' about. Let them close out next year! 3. Arcade Fire - definately headliner worthy 4. Galactic - their 9th Bonnaroo performance was one of their best 5. Ben Sollee - awesome start to the festival for me (wasn't there Thursday)
I agree about the Buffalo Springfield being very dissapointing. The sound was terrible, even after sneaking up ridiculously close. Mr. Soul was the only song where I could hear Neil's guitar
