Booked my hotel room for first weekend months ago. Might drive over for 2nd weekend as well, it depends on how finals and vacation time works out. jazzfest is the only festival where the food is as good as the music. cochon de lait please.
the only rumors i've heard are Bruce and the Black Keys. I love a good headliner but with jazzfest I really don't care because I love new orleans music, so there are always acts I want to catch.
glad i decided to check out inforoo for the first time in months because now i have something to look forward to this week. i think voodoo has a better location than jazzfest, but jazzfest usually can deliver the goods headliner wise
I'm wondering if it's them, honestly. I assume this is part of a bigger tour that was supposed to be announced today.
apparently there is a lot of anticipation that Bruce was supposed to announce his tour today. could be the reason for A) the special jazzfest announcement and B) the hold up.
