Ooooh!!! I am excited that they're doing it again!! Katy Mae and I (and Lowerdeck and his gf) went to the Portland, ME Stopover last year. We freaking loveddddd it. The only issue we had was venders (food lines were AN HOUR long, no joke), but I am sure that was venue specific. If there is one within a reasonable distance from me on a convenient date, I am 100% going to go. Come on, Tuesday!!!

Dawes were on most of the stops last year, and they put on a fantastic show at the one I went to. With their new album coming out, I don't see why Mumford wouldn't bring them along again.
Yea, what Katy said. There was a lot of overlap between stops, but they weren't identical. Dawes was awesome last year and I'd LOVE to see them play the Stopover again. Obviously Deer Tick would be more than welcome as well My hope for this year?! HAVING A SCHEDULE! We didn't even have a schedule the day of!

Ha. I have no idea. It generally went backwards of the day's lineup , but didn't follow it exactly. Plus Dropkick was a late add (and wasn't listed), so we had no idea when they were playing. It was side by side stages so unless you're railing it, it's not like you'll miss anyone. But really... nutso. We need a schedule!

At the Big Surprise tour they told us what the order of artists was but no specific set times. Mainly that was because different members and groups could come out and guest on many songs. Like a revolving door of sit-ins. Not sure if this is the same deal.
Nope, just an area infront of the stage. Most people didn't go down to infront of the stages until later on when the bigger names came on
Even during Dawes and Mumford, no one stood to the far left part, mostly due to sight lines and people being so packed in front of the stage, no one could really get through the crowd to get to that area. The part on the left where thats fenced in was the giant 21+ beer garden area. A lot of people stayed there so they could keep drinking instead of moving down in front of the stage. The part on the right goes up and back a lot further than in the picture, and it was for the underage people. If you were 21+ you could move between the 2 areas freely.
Nope, it's a pic from the extremely large and perfectly positioned beer garden. It was truly the first beer garden that wasn't a prison. The very front of it was SUPER close to the stage on the left.
