Pros and cons of Kaskade, Darkside, Glitch Mob, as they relate to each other. go!
Kaskade
Pros: Four on the floor big dumb fun. Big crowd, high energy, light show, Kaskade is mormon.
Cons: Crowded, lots of intoxicated people bumping into you and screaming into your ear, music could be considered banal and uninteresting.
Glitch Mob
Pros: Fun hip-hopish party, I guess? Some people like it.
Cons: Generally considered not to be the greatest live act.
Darkside:
Pros: Smallest crowd definitely, easily the most interesting and cerebral and intellectual stimulating music out of the three, will probably be higher energy and more dancing than expected, and surely will be the most mindblowing. Like FlyLo in 2012, I'm thinking this is the set the Inforoo Good Music Mafia will be talking about the most.
Cons: Not as unifying "we are all one consciousness in love" as Kaskade, possibly the lowest energy of the three acts.
I'm 90% sure I've figured out all my scheduling conflicts. Being at the very front for CHVRCHES but then ditching out 75% through their set to see the Neutral Milk Hotel is a little bit insane but oh well. I might stay the whole time though if I'm really having fun, and I can still see 45 minutes of Neutral Milk Hotel. I just really don't want to miss Aeroplane Over the Sea live. Missing Frank Ocean for the Skrillex superjam is pretty heartbreaking considering he is one of my favorite artists and I haven't him seen live....but the Skrillex superjam...that's something that will never even come close to happening again. I've also yet to experience a superjam (this is my second year) and if there was any superjam for me to go to it'd be this. I mean the Skrillex superjam is gonna be history right? right? I'll have other opportunities to see Frank Ocean.....at least this is all what I keep telling myself. My only scheduling conflict question I have now is really small but I'm just wondering. I wanna see Ty Segall from 1:00-2:00 but I also want to go to the R.Kelly trapped in the Closet sing along from 2:00-4:00. Do the cinema tents fill up occasionally? Is it something you can just walk into unlike the Comedy Tent? Should I leave this set about 15 minutes early or can I stay the whole time and get to the cinema tent 10 or 15 minutes late?
Heads up, Neutral Milk plays "In the Aeroplane" in the middle of their set, not at the end.

I'll most likely get to them only 10 or 15 minutes late

Damon Albarn or Cage The Elephant? I know Cage's hits and probably whatever Gorillaz songs Damon Albarn plays, but I'm not a huge fan of either. I'm even considering just taking this time to get some food and chill at camp to prepare for the insanity that will be Lionel Richie -> James Blake -> Lauryn Hill -> Jack White -> Frank Ocean -> Superjam -> Kaskade

I'd go Albarn. You can easily get good spots for Lionel, enjoy a great set with the chance for special guests, and avoid the clusterfuck of the crowd at Cage.
For anyone considering Kaskade, he's not very good live. His style of DJing is very bland, he tends to play songs out entirely without doing anything interesting with the mixing. If he plays deep house (which I doubt unless he feels like including it if he goes past his scheduled time), then check him out.

VW --> NMH --> Worse spot for Kanye
OR
VW --> better spot for Kanye
Zedd, Cut Copy, James Blake, or Lauryn Hill? (Don't really know much about these acts)
Broken Bells or City and Colour? (Love The Girl, but also like October, and think BB would be more fun)
And most importantly, how early should I arrive at Chance the Rapper's set to be on the rail? I don't mind skipping any of the acts after Kanye if it's necessary.
Cave vs. F'Lips vs. confusingly fun superjam vs. Frank - I've seen the F'Lips 6 times, already seeing them at a proper venue in a month, and they don't have Kliph now, Cave would be cool but probably not a blast, that SuperJam is a real gamble, but Frank... man I can't miss Frank. I just can't. He's never even done a proper tour before. This is rare.
NMH vs. good spot for Kanye - see NMH's set til Oh Comely finishes which usually comes halfway through, then bee-line towards VWeek and sneak past guys in pink and yellow ascots to begin Yeezy season
Ice Cube vs. Disclosure - I'll see Cube for a few minutes then join in the psycho sweaty dance fest that will be DISCLOSURE AT ROO *I die*

First question depends on how much you love NMH vs. Kanye.
I'm going James Blake, but I have tickets to Cut Copy after Roo. Both of those shows will be amazing. Lauryn Hill has potential but her shows are notably hit or miss. Zedd isn't my cup of tea so you might want to ask somebody else.
Broken Bells for me, as I enjoy their sound and it will be a really nice set for Sunday afternoon.
If you want to be at Chance the Rapper's set, you might need to leave Kanye early. Obviously there is a huge crossover audience there, but some people will be on the rail for the Superjam and just stay put. I imagine the rail for Chance will be one of the most difficult to get in the whole fest, especially if you want to see Kanye.

Problem for you is that the Superjam will have people on the rail that probably aren't going to leave to see Meshuggah or Skrillex afterwards. I wouldn't expect rail for any late night shows unless you skip the headliner that is playing before them.
My only problems right now is who do I have to skip to get great spots for Frank Ocean and Chance late night.
I read up there ^^^ to go after Kanye for Chance (no Disclosure ) but what about Frank? Do you guys think if I camp out there after James Blake (ends at10pm) I could get a great spot for Frank (starts at 12:30)? or how much earlier do you guys think I have to wait there to get close to the rail? I would go after Chromeo if it's necessary, heck I'd go after Cage if I have to. What do you guys think?

I think if you go after James Blake you'll be fine.
Oh jeez, I'm starting to think that I'm going to skip James Blake so that I can see Phosphorescent and Cut/Copy and be rail for the Skrillex Superjam. I love Cut/Copy and feel like I'd have another shot at a James Blake show. I don't know what to do =/
If they could just switch James to This Tent......

Think I'm going to attempt to catch some NMH and probably head to Chance after Kanye.
Just when I thought I had my schedule figured out....CHVRCHES threw a curve ball at me. Okay so I made my scheduling conflict waaay more complicated than it needed to be but here's the deal. They just announced they'd be coming to my city in October. My original plan was to see them (and even be at the very front because I was gonna be at the front for Danny Brown so I figured I'd stick around) but then make a daring escape at around 8:15 to run over to the Neutral Milk Hotel. This would mean 45 minutes of front row awesomeness with CHVRCHES but missing the first 15 minutes of NMH and most likely a couple of my favorite songs that they'll inevitably start off with and probably not being under the tent ( I don't know how much fun I'd be missing out on being in the back...last year was my first year and I managed to be pretty much in the front for all of the tent acts). Or I could just miss CHVRCHES who are like my number one favorite new band to come out...and really experience NMH who I'll probably never be able to see again. It might be a much more emotional and spiritual musical orgasm getting a good spot in the crowd and seeing the entire show. But then sometimes I feel like I'd have more fun if I saw CHVRCHES because then I'd be able to see two of my favorite bands back to back and I'd be able to squeeze that much more Bonnaroo fun out of my day. But then maybe I'm being dumb because I'll just see CHVRCHES in October....but that seems so far away now and it won't be like seeing them at Roo. If someone could give me their 2 cents that'd be great. I could really use some 2 cents.
Zedd, Cut Copy, James Blake, or Lauryn Hill? (Don't really know much about these ...
For the later:
Zedd: Electro, aka big dumb fun. You won't grow spiritually but there will be a ton of people dancing and screaming. Probably a cool light show.
James Blake: easily the lowest energy of the sets, but some excellent goose bump inducing gloomy introspection, very unique and cool music, just slow.
Cut/Copy: do you like New Order? This is the closest you'll get to that on the farm this year. Intelligent and fun as hell dance music. Wonderful doughy vocals, catchy hooks, but without the lameness of most contemporary synthpop bands.
Lauryn Hill: some people adore her, I honestly can't even provide an objective opinion, I don't get the appeal.
I'll probably be at Zedd but mostly to take advantage of VIP which pit.

I'm thinking Cut/Copy it is. I listened to a little of all four of these bands to decide and nothing drew me in. From what you described Cut/Copy seems the most interesting to me, but I heard how amazing James Blake is and how legendary Ms. Hill is.
