Did anyone have any problems with the pit this year for what stage? I waited a few hours for the Kendrick pit, right when it started you had the typical line crashers coming in from the side but I wasn't too worried because I was close enough to where I knew I would be able to still get in. Right when I was about the 5th person in line a security guard started yelling "That's it! That's all that's getting in! Turn around find a spot in the field and enjoy the show!" I was pissed. But I knew there was no damn way that pit was even half full. So I just stayed waiting right there while some people who I had waited a couple hours with turned around and left. After about 3 minutes they opened the pit back up and I got in. But couldn't help but think how shitty that was of that guy to do. Because the people who had been waiting were the ones to turn around while the line crashers were the one to continue pushing forward.
On Sunday I got down there around 1:30 for the twenty one pilots pit. They hadn't opened the what stage field yet so there was a bunch of people waiting. They opened the gates, people ran down, we were on the left side in line right in front of the bathrooms. Our line never moved. They did the same thing saying it was full and we all needed to move. I stood near the gate waiting to see if they would let in more and they never did, they wouldn't even do a one out one in kind of thing. The what stage pit line was handled extremely poor. Never had a problem like that in years passed. They really need to do something about pit line crashers too, this year was ridiculous. Need more security down the line or gates up, something.
Which stage pit crew seemed to do a much better job this year. At least from my experience.
