I applied the other day. I should get approved and if I can swing it financially I'll be there
Have you applied before? If so, any idea on the timeline when they usually approve by?
I applied in 2014 and got the approval email 8/13 that year. Since we have more views/fans now and have gotten roo the past 2 years I'm pretty sure we will get approved this time also. Ended up at Catskill Chill instead but that is a different story lol.

Daily passes on sale today...pulled the trigger on a Saturday pass. $150 is pretty steep for ticket + parking, but hard to complain with Phil Lesh -> Tedeschi Trucks Band -> My Morning Jacket -> Lettuce LN.
I've gotten approved the last 2 years for press and I remember it being about 3 weeks out for the email to come. If that holds up, hopefully we'll hear this week!

Lockn replied to someone asking about press credential timelines on Twitter and said that word will go out "the beginning of next month". Praying that means any day now because I'm gettin' antsy as FUCK!
They tell us "Rock'n'roll is the devil's music." Well, let's say we know that rock is the devil's music, and we know that it is, for sure … At least he fuckin' jams! If it's a choice between eternal Hell and good tunes, and eternal Heaven and New Kids on the fuckin' Block … I'm gonna be surfin' on the lake of fire, rockin' out.
Either of you know whether press credentials come with camping? I'm guessing no chance but I am kinda hoping we might get lucky.

Yeah, I sent the press contact an email asking the same thing and he said he'll add one for me. So I think you just gotta ask, or they assume you're making other arrangements.

Long time lurker, haven't posted in a long long time. I'll be there. Was sad that I only got 1 media pass. I had put in for 2, but they said all press is limited to 1 media pass. You guys have the same thing?

Yep, limited to one. Also applied for two. Now looking at what my best option is to grab another pass. $299+fees from the site seems steep. Might wait it out a bit closer to the fest and keep my eye on the secondary market.

Keep an eye on Stubhub. $230 on there right now...plus fees.

They just took away all photo pit passes...Outlets have to use Jay Blakesberg's and his crew's photos for editorial. Any media can bring their gear in, but can't go in the photo pits. Can't believe that.

Is there any bit of an inforoo camp at lockn? My wife is out because of work commitments, so I'll be flying solo. I'm in tent only and have a couple ez ups, copious amounts of beer, grill...etc. etc.

How are we defining "morning", 1karen1 ? Those JRAD shows are going pretty late. But, yes! My biggest concern is how the hail do I set up an EZ Up on my own. Hopefully I get some nice neighbors.
