I've seen Tame Impala before, and the show wasn't bad but I found their stage presence kind of lacking. I do thoroughly enjoy their music though. I've not seen Bob Moses and enjoy their album, but was unimpressed with their live show on the Coachella stream and have heard other here express similar views. Who should I see?
Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.

When did you see Tame? They had it together when they close down Shaky Knees last year. Bob Moses intrigues me, but I feel like the only LN show this year that has any buzz or will be remembered as noteworthy is the Tame Impala show.
You, me, and everybody else have this dilemma. Because I know I want to see all of the Tame late show, I am going with LCD pit line. After FIDLAR, I plan on taking a nap/get food and get in line around 8 or 8:15. If I tried to do M83 -> fight the crowd to What -> LCD -> fight the crowd back to Which, I would be exhausted halfway thru the Tame Impala show.

Saw them last November in Philly. I was also solo for the show, so that might have something to do with it. Either way I feel like I can't really go wrong here.
One of the main pulls for Bob Moses is that when I heard Nothing at All for the first time and the bass came in (around 0:36), my first thought was "I need to see this live." Even if I just caught half of their set and split the rest with Tame Impala I'd probably be satisfied.

Nah if I'm there I'll definitely be in that LCD pit line. I got relatively close at Coachella (I think lol) but being able to get way up there is one of the things that makes me really wanna go to Bonnaroo this year.

Bob Moses is good live but nothing exceptional, IMO. Saw them at the U Street Music Hall - I assume you've seen shows there before, yeah? A small, super intimate venue but their set just wasn't that good. I do recall that the crowd was notably awful though, so that obviously had an impact.

M83. Then come hang out with all of us in the back of the What field so we can dance and sing and cry to All My Friends.
The BACK of What Field? You're preparing to do LCD all wrong, my friend...
Great company > where I'm at for a show. It's where we know we can all find each other than then all get our groove on. Trying to find a group of people in the middle-front of What at night would be very clusterfucky, and the sound is still superb back there too.

Lol Landmark was literally the only music thing I've done in DC, so nah I haven't been there. Crowd at Roo should be good though.

Which could be entirely possible since the stages are next to each other. Tame Impala up front > Bob Moses > Tame Impala rear (right side) > silent disco line for Lane 8

Bothering me currently is the Sunday choice between Father John Misty, Lettuce, and Sunflower Bean. I've seen FJM a few times and he never disappoints, but I feel like I've been there and done that. Lettuce will be fun and get me dancing. I might end up let down by Lettuce after seeing Cymande earlier in the same day. I love seeing the up-and-coming acts on the small stages and I enjoy Sunflower Bean's album. I'm leaning towards Sunflower. What do you guys think about my dilemma?
Anyone who plans on missing Dungen is making a huge mistake. They're also a much rarer act to see and it could be years before you have this chance again.

Have you seen Lettuce before? If what you are looking for is a big awesome silly funk party they won't disappoint, even after catching Cymande the same day. I'd bet Lettuce will be more high energy taboot.
Can't speak for Sunflower Bean though, not familiar with them.

I've only ever seen them in person as the backing band at Bonnaroo's Hip Hop superjam but I've enjoyed their sound when I've heard them. It'll probably be a last minute decision.
I love HAIM, but I saw them open for Taylor Swift last year and because it's looking increasingly likely they won't be performing much new material at this show, I think it'll end up just being a repeat.
I'd like to see Rayland, partly because he is Bucky Baxter's son, but I think Dungen would be better. I've also got a slight conflict concerning Dungen vs. Mothers. I'd pick Dungen over Baxter for sure, but I'm leaning towards Mothers in that time slot.

Missing Blood Orange is gonna suck even though it will be for Tame Impala. Not much else on this lineup I'd be skipping that show for. It was high on my anticipation list.
