I always assumed that the artists on the survey were more to see what kinds of artists firefly patrons want to see rather than the specific artists themselves. I'd love see McCartney again though as he was listed twice on my survey haha.

I think they just look for extremes and probably minimize the results of everything else. I.E. Drake probably gets some 10's but a hellova lot of 1's, so that's useful info. Pearl Jam probably get's a lot of 10's without many 1's or 2's. Kanye probably gets a lot of 1's and 10's. I think the write in's are probably more useful info.
first 2 lines are too stacked. One of Beck or Strokes would make sense but wouldnt count on both. Halsey was 11 at Roo i think so she might be even higher by next year, which would be a damn shame.

tame impala was also 9th on roo and 11th on fireflym this year so i think its possible she is billed there.
i'm not ashamed to admit i havent kept up with offsprings popularity level at all recently but i know they headlined some festival in europe that my friend went to last year.

They were 4th on their day (and 9th) overall at Riot Fest in 2014. They would probably be somewhere in the 10-15 range. At this point, they're less relevant than Weezer, and Weezer was 9th when they played.

Speaking on 90's nostalgia acts, it wouldn't shock me if they booked Green Day to headline. They're supposedly working on a new album, and considering how many people were excited about Blink-182, they would probably be well-received.

If they don't get Pearl Jam or a legend act, I could see them put Green Day as the third headliner. Something really out there like Jay Z - Arcade Fire - Green Day - Skrillex. That would attract the masses in the North East.
Incubus is probably a good bet for the 2nd/3rd line 90's act. They are really popular with the Firefly crowd. I'll admit, I'm a huge fan :S
They are really good live, even with their newer albums being sub par. When I saw them last year they played a few newer songs but stuck to the older albums for a majority of the show.

good point but Tame appeals more to a Roo type crowd I would imagine and Halsey more toward a FF typical crowd. Id rather Halsey just go away all toghether
