Has anybody seen these Teva RooShoes? It requires a code, but I'm not sure how to obtain it.
whaaaaaaaaaaaaat. i love tevas. special bonnaroo tevas? SOLD.
From the pictures of the bonnaroo wristbands we have gotten, I zoomed in on the Teva one. You get a discount on those shoes. If you don't like that style you can still apply the discount to different style.

when you go to the website, you gotta have the teva code we received with our wristband to order the roo ones. I don't think you know how much I love Teva. I really don't NEED them, and they aren't a color I would wear a lot, but damnit... I must have!

So I am not really down with the Roo ones because you have to pick them up at Bonnaroo. I want some for the fest to walk around in, so I am just going to use the discount to order the universal in that light grey and then wear them walking each night to not only get a little bit of exercise in but to help break in my shoes.

Does anyone know anything about the "Bonnaroo-themed patches, studs, gems, beads and more"? Because I love my Tevas but i'm not really sold on a pair of bright orange shoes.
Have any girls worn the Sanuk yoga sandals ? If so how did they hold up?!
My girlfriend wore them all weekend last year and they were good for everything besides mud and rain. The cloth sling would get dirty and sandy and irritated her foot/ankle and in between her toes where the thong goes and that took a little from her experience. She'll admit she was a little unprepared and only had those and other sandals. They are nice for sunny days but id still recommend having a sturdy pair of sneakers or boots just in case.
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.
also, last year teva had a campsite setup with live music and shade right before you got inside centeroo. If you were wearing teva orginals (i believe??) you could come over and get a gift and enjoy their stuff and possibly charge your phone. I wore my tevas all weekend but never stopped in. Did anyone else?? It's been almost a year and can't really remember the deets. I just walked past it every day.

I just bought my first pair of tevas using the discount code for roo. They will be here next Wednesday.

I already use my code for those TEVA. never heard of them but I for what read they are really good, I guess I won´t have to use my old navy sandals. Does a pair of vans work? I always use them for festivals. Can you also walk barefoot? I always do that in coachella or ACL, I just like it.

Vans will work fine. I wouldn't want to walk barefoot at Roo. You'll encounter muddy spots, lots of dirt, and straw-like grass that could probably puncture the skin on the bottom of your foot.

In my opinion the Teva Tirras are the best roo shoes. ive had mine for 2 1/2 years (2 roos, 2 bukus, 2 voodoos, a jazzfest, one wild weekend at red rocks, and many trecks through new orleans) and they barely have a dent in them!! feels like you're walking on clouds, and has the best support of any shoe i've tried!! not too mention much of your body heat escapes from your feet, so having sandals on truly helps control your core temp. as well as they're extremely easy to rinse off and clean up.... i will stand behind this shoe 100%!!!!!!
Coming from a Shoe Salesmen who get paid to make peoples feet not hurt...
Flat footed is someone who Over Pronates High Arched is someone who Over Supinates
Over pronaters usually desire a shoe that offers a ton of support with little cushion Over supinaters usually desire a shoe that offers lots of cushion to let your foot sink into and no support.
If you have any questions, let me know! 1. The Teva Roo sandal is awesome! by eyeballing I would say its leaning more someone who pronates, but still having the same give most tiva's do. (I have flat feet and I bought them)

Whatever footwear you choose, make sure to really break them in before Roo. You will be on your feet for many hours, walking over uneven terrain, dancing. I have some Keens I've worn for years. But before Roo, I hike in them, jump rope in them, dance in them, just to get my feet used to what they have in store. Hurting feet can really put a damper on things, so be prepared.

Hey I have plantaar fasciitis (Sp?) and was wondering if Tevas would be ok for me? Currently i'm wearing Asics running shoes and man those are awesome!

This was near where we camped. I asked the people running it what it was, on the last day, and they said you could exchange your old TEVAs for new ones but that they were out by Sunday.

well now that makes me sad lol if they are set up again, I'm going to check it out! I know teva is a big bonnaroo fan, at least according to instagram.
Just realized that I need new shoes for this Roo. I've been wearing the same pair of Sanuks for the past three years, and I tried them on the other day and the sole just isn't that comfortable anymore. Plus they're slightly too big so they fall off if I step in deep mud. I have a pair of Sanuk Donnies that are really comfortable, but they tend to be my go-to shoe when I need to wear brown shoes (work and such). So I might just wear them to Roo and get a new pair for work when I get back. But I've also been looking into Croc loafers and the originals - they look comfortable. I've seen a lot of love on here for Tevas - do the straps not rub your feet raw? I feel like that would be an issue for me.

The straps rubbed my feet the first time I put them on, but loosened it up just a bit, and never had that problem again.

The straps have never been a problem for me. Like nerdbyrd said, just make sure they are set right. I did have an issue once where I got a blister on the ball of my foot wearing Tevas. I had never had an issue before, so it may have been just the one particular pair.
