I am guessing wednesday for the lineup. Maybe we will get our Bonnaroo dvd and the Coachella lineup on the same day. Also, on the no late night thing at Coachella, I find myself way more exhausted after Coachella than at Bonnaroo. The heat sucks the life right out of you. I didnt even consider anything after Bjork was over, I was completely beat.

they changed the colors on the coachella forum board about an hour ago ... they suck .... that means probablly in the next day or so they might announce the lineup ... i dont think they will go up against obama tomorrow so it think it might be wednesday .... i have been to two coachellas ... way different then the roo ... cr****

I am still trying to decide if I make the trip out west.
My wife was telling me she wanted to do something special for my birthday, hmmm, I wonder if "special" means I can go solo to Coachella, or if she wants to do something as a couple....

Yeah, McCartney's name is coming up over and over again on the Coachella boards a la Roger Waters last year. No one is really talking about it directly out in the open.
If they get Paul McCartney, I'm going. I really wish AC/Superfly would go for him as well. He would be perfect at the farm and he still puts on an amazing show.
I don't get it personally. I mean, I think McCartney and Waters would be great Bonnaroo headliners, but I think they're the kind of headliners that totally alienate the Coachella core audience. And they're expensive.

I agree. Both Prince and Waters would have been killer Bonnaroo headliners last year. About 10x better than Metallica were. I guess since Bonnaroo has more slots to fill, they can't go all out with headliners like Coachella can. I think they have some aces up their sleeves this year. I really think there's one headliner we haven't picked up on, besides Bruce (if he's even playing) and Phish.
Coachella always has the best lineups imo, even last year everyone was hating on the lineup but I thought it was amazing. God I wish I lived closer so I could go one year, already the lineup is sounding amazing, especially if they landed McCartney.
