Yeah I think if you explain that they should help you out, unless they are total dicks about it. IMO sending a parking pass with pre-sale should've been an automatic thing, not something YOU have to initiate.

This!! Total dick move. The VIP tickets automatically come with the parking pass, do the GA pre-sales just like that.

Agreed. I just happened to remember last night about 10. The whole rollout and implementation has made it seem like a poorly thought out cash grab.

Sooooo I tried to redeem my pass today like they said I could in the email and it keeps telling me that my order number is invalid. This is seriously some bullshit if I really cannot redeem my free parking pass anymore. I sent another email, I will see if they get back to me again.. Am I the only one that forgot to redeem theirs?! Too much going on in life!!

has anyone who ordered pre-sale and filled in the info to redeem their pass actually received confirmation?
i filled ours in but haven't received confirmation but i'm a little nervous, because in the panic of those presale moments, we can't remember whether we used my name or gf's when ordering (it was my credit card, but her email address). it was a flustered 20 min or so with all those wonderful error messages and both of us trying to buy tickets from our phones, and of course the ticket confirmation does not tell us the name on the order.
so...yeah. please roo gods, don't punish us for being lost in the heat of the moment.
Everyone who missed the deadline, keep emailing Bonnaroo and demand your parking pass. It is beyond shady how they tried to pull this off. Stand your ground.
Maybe I'm lacking empathy here, but I kind of feel if going to Roo stresses out your finances that much than maybe you can try to find a more budget friendly vacation. Maybe a smaller fest?

Before you started posting here I quite liked Pearl Jam and was indifferent towards OSU, now I find myself wishing that Eddie Vedder falls down a mine shaft or that Columbus is infested with locusts

From the website "CAR CAMPING PASS - ($59.75 + FEES)" ok so how much are the fees? An additional $35?? It's kinda shitty that you can't get a straight price until AFTER you buy a GA ticket.
